Includes review of site location, ground conditions, existing infrastructure, and a high-level assessment of surface water disposal options following the SuDS hierarchy. You'll receive a concise report outlining recommended drainage approaches and any constraints to be aware of.

£1,200 - £2,500 (depending on site size and number of plots)

A comprehensive drainage strategy with detailed design calculations and drawings suitable for planning submission and Building Control approval. Includes site survey analysis, hydraulic calculations, detailed drainage layout plans, specification of materials and SuDS features, exceedance flow routing, and maintenance schedules. This complete package ensures your development meets all regulatory requirements and can be taken straight to construction.

£800 - £1,500 (plus statutory fees)

Expert guidance through the sewerage adoption process with your local water authority. We'll prepare all necessary documentation for Section 104 agreements, liaise with the water company on your behalf, manage technical submissions and revisions, and see the process through to final adoption. Takes the complexity out of getting your drainage infrastructure formally adopted, protecting you and future homeowners.
